Your role involves providing a security presence for executives, handling threat responses, monitoring systems, and coordinating withProtective teams to ensure seamless operations in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide executive protection and a visible security presence for leaders and staff.
• Respond to threats and act as a first responder when needed.
• Monitor security systems and ensure operational integrity of access controls.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and brief leadership.
• Assist protective teams in field operations and advance planning.
• Enforce company security policies regarding access and sensitive areas.
• Follow emergency protocols prioritizing safety of personnel and guests.
• Conduct area sweeps and live surveillance as required.

YOUR MISSION

As a Support Officer, you will be a critical component of our executive protection and emergency response framework. You will operate with precision and professionalism, ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and proprietary information. Your responsibilities include:

• Executive Protection & Presence:Provide a visible, reassuring security presence for executives and staff, while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Threat Response:Act as a first responder to security threats, including active shooter scenarios, within the client’s office suite.
• Security Systems Oversight:Monitor and inspect physical security infrastructure; locks, cameras, access control systems to ensure operational integrity.
• Incident Reporting:Produce detailed, timely reports on security incidents and maintain clear communication with GSPS leadership.
• Advance & Support Operations:Assist protective agents in field operations, including advanced walkthroughs, secure transportation, and body coverage.
• Protocol Enforcement:Enforce company policies regarding access, photography, and sensitive areas with professionalism and authority.
• Emergency Protocol Execution:Follow GSPS protocols during emergencies, prioritizing the safety of executives, staff, and guests.
• Area Sweeps & Surveillance:Conduct regular security sweeps and live monitoring of surveillance systems.
• Team Integration:Collaborate with visiting security teams and facilities management to ensure seamless protective operations.

What You Bring:

• Experience:Executive Protection, Emergency Response Teams (ERT), Protective Security Detail (PSD), or Residential Security Teams (RST)

Certifications & Credentials:

• Washington State Emergency Medical Technician License and National Registration
• Valid Washington State Security Guard License; this is an unarmed position
• American Heart Association BLS ProviderORHeartSaver CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
• U.S. Passport & Driver’s License
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to complete and pass a pre‑hire Physical Readiness Test (PRT)
• Background Investigation & Random Drug Screening

• Completion of Executive Protection or Residential Security Academy
• Familiarity with Corporate and/or Residential Security Technologies, Tools and Processes
