We are seeking a corporate governance lawyer from law school class years 2020 to 2024 to join our team. Qualified candidates must have experience in advising public companies on corporate governance matters, including corporate governance standards and governance matters in initial public offerings. Candidates also should have experience advising on securities regulation matters, including Exchange Act disclosure requirements. Candidates must have strong academic credentials and be able to demonstrate strong writing and research skills.
The annual compensation range for this position is between $235,000 and $390,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
