We are seeking associates (law school class years 2021 – 2023) to join our Houston-based Private Equity team. The role involves advising leading private equity sponsors and corporate clients on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, joint ventures, and other complex transactions, as well as general corporate matters. Candidates should have a strong foundation in corporate law and market terms, substantial experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and demonstrated skill in managing deals from inception to closing. A driven, business-oriented mindset, excellent judgment, and the ability to take on significant responsibility and operate with autonomy are essential.
The annual compensation range for this position is between $235,000 and $310,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
