Axiom is seeking a Corporate Securities Attorney to join our team onsite in Phoenix, Arizona. You will advise the Board and executive leadership on governance, manage corporate records, prepare SEC filings, and oversee subsidiary governance for a publicly traded company.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in corporate governance and securities, is licensed to practice in the United States, and can navigate proxy rules and board processes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in corporate governance, securities, or public company representation.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, SEC regulations, proxy rules, and board governance practices.
• Actively licensed and in good standing in a U.S. state.

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated total compensation for full‑time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year.
