We are seeking an Equity Capital Markets Counsel to join our Corporate and Securities team. This role centers on IPO execution, SEC reporting and compliance, and equity transaction structuring. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience across the equity lifecycle - from pre-IPO readiness and filings to post-IPO compliance and equity offerings - along with strong transactional and regulatory capabilities in corporate securities and equity capital markets.
