Communication: Effective communication builds productive internal and external working relationships. Clearly conveys COI status, PCF standing, and policy updates to business partners, carriers, and state fund contacts.
Teamwork & Mentorship: Receives minimal instruction on daily work and new assignments. Partners closely with the Corporate Insurance Program Lead and collaborates with legal, finance, and business units to keep compliance records current.
Professional Development: Has broad expertise in insurance compliance and regulatory administration. Pursues industry certifications and emerging compliance knowledge to advance expertise.
