Job summary

Sage Hospitality Group seeks a Corporate Reservations Manager to own Sage’s centralized reservations and distribution channels. You will oversee the third party reservations call center, administer the SynXis CRS, and drive direct booking growth across the portfolio.

The role partners with the Corporate Director of Distribution and requires strong experience in reservations, channel management, and vendor coordination to improve efficiency and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in hotel revenue management, reservations, or distribution operations.
• Hands on experience administering a central reservation system; multi-property admin preferred.
• Experience managing vendors, outsourced services, or third party partners.
• Background supporting both independent and branded operations strongly preferred.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day performance of Sage’s third party reservations call center against SLAs and targets.
• Serve as liaison to the call center vendor on service issues and brand standards.
• Monitor call quality, deliver feedback, and coordinate training protocols.
• Produce and analyze call center reporting and booking forecasts to improve conversion.
• Conduct monthly billing audits and coordinate property-level billing with corporate accounting.
• Own SynXis CRS configuration, onboarding, and rate parity across properties.
• Establish direct booking baseline and merchandise portfolio offers at scale.
• Support vendor contracts, renewals, and cost-savings initiatives.
• Document processes and maintain SOPs; provide training to users.
