Job summary

Uline, a family-owned North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is seeking a Technology Recruiter to lead strategic searches and staff critical IT teams at our corporate headquarters.

You will partner with IT leaders and HR, build sourcing strategies, and ensure a stellar candidate experience while representing Uline’s culture and values. This on-site role offers opportunities to influence talent decisions across our technology functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field.
• 5+ years in recruiting and sourcing top talent.
• Ability to navigate challenges with a driven, positive attitude.
