Job summary

Uline is seeking a Technology Recruiter to lead sourcing and staff critical IT teams at our Corporate Headquarters. You will partner with IT leaders and HR to align on qualifications, needs and competitive offers while staying current on new technologies and market trends.

You will drive a legendary candidate experience throughout the interview process and collaborate with partners at all levels, helping build strong tech talent across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.
• 5+ years in recruiting and sourcing top talent.
• Ability to navigate challenges with a driven, positive attitude.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with hiring leaders and candidates at all levels.

Minimum Requirements
