Uline is seeking a Technology Corporate Recruiter to lead strategic searches and staff critical IT teams at our Corporate Headquarters. You’ll partner with IT leaders to align on talent needs and make competitive offers while delivering a legendary candidate experience.

This on-site role at the Pleasant Prairie, WI campus focuses on building competitive hiring strategies, staying current with tech trends, and shaping hiring decisions to support Uline’s growth.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or a related field.
• 5+ years in recruiting and sourcing top talent.
• Ability to navigate challenges with a driven, positive attitude.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence hiring leaders, candidates and partners at all levels.
