MotivHealth seeks a Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruiting for MotivHealth and Start Health, affiliated with MotivHealth. You’ll own the recruitment process from sourcing to start date, partnering with hiring managers across departments, including underwriting and claims.

The role emphasizes relationship-building and compliance in a healthcare setting. Applicants should bring 5+ years of recruiting experience, especially in healthcare or call centers, and be comfortable using ATS platforms

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in healthcare or call centers.
• Ability to manage full lifecycle recruiting from intake to offer.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with managers and candidates.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and HR systems (e.g., BambooHR).
• Ability to work independently and own the recruitment function.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for open positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and job descriptions.
• Source and screen candidates across departments (underwriting, claims, sales, operations, etc.).
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear candidate communication.
• Draft and extend offer letters, including compensation details.
• Maintain candidate and requisition records in the ATS/HR systems.
• Coordinate requisition approvals with department leaders.
• Arrange travel for candidates and new hires as needed.
• Support onboarding in partnership with HR, including documentation.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
• Serve as primary contact for recruitment inquiries.

MotivHealth is looking for a Recruiter with experience in full lifecycle recruiting. In this role, you'll manage the entire talent acquisition process from sourcing candidates to their start date for both MotivHealth and Start Health, which is an affiliated organization. This is a role open to candidates residing in Utah and Arizona.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Own and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for all open positions, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and develop accurate, compelling job descriptions
• Source and screen candidates across a range of departments, including underwriting, claims, sales, operations and others.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process
• Draft and extend offer letters, including compensation structures, bonus terms, and other negotiated details
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the ATS and HR systems
• Manage requisition approvals and coordinate with department leaders on staffing needs
• Coordinate travel logistics for candidates and new hires as needed
• Support onboarding efforts in partnership with HR, including new hire documentation and orientation materials
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies throughout the recruitment process
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all recruitment-related inquiries across the company

WHAT YOU BRING:

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, including a background in healthcare and call center recruiting
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and HR systems (e.g., BambooHR)
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the recruitment function
