Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

We are seeking an ambitious healthcare recruiter for our client in Richmond, VA! While you must be local to the area, this job can be performed remotely. This is a 6 month contract role with the opportunity to extend, or convert permanently.

Responsibilities:

• Full life cycle recruiting for a Healthcare firm in Richmond
• Responsible for candidate tracking through ATS, job postings, updating candidate profiles and other clerical recruiting needs
• Responsible for building relationships with hiring teams to better understand their job requirements
• Conduct prescreens with applicants and execute proactive searches on LinkedIn, and other available job boards
• Work collaboratively and effectively with the Senior Recruiter and other HR team members as well as hiring managers across the company

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or a full life cycle recruiting role is required
• Healthcare recruiting is a plus!
• Must be local to Richmond, VA or within a commutable distance
