Job summary

Addison Group in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a talented Recruiter to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. You will own recruiting activities from sourcing through offer acceptance, partnering with hiring leaders to meet the organization's growth goals while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of corporate recruitment, experience filling manager and director level roles, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Corporate Recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for manager and director level roles
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, position requirements, and recruitment priorities.
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Review applications and resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments.
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain consistent communication.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity within the company’s ATS.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and anticipated openings.
• Partner with hiring managers to evaluate candidates and provide recruiting insights and recommendations.
