We are looking for a candidate who will consistently show integrity and collaborate with the team to provide physical labor, operate hand and power tools and a variety of other equipment. He/she will help maintain clean and prepared sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, and remove rubble and debris. The candidate will be readily willing to help other craft teammates, and successfully perform the duties as led by the Labor Foreman or R&M Manager.

  • Run and maintain various construction equipment, including but not limited to pumps, compressors, generators, and other construction equipment.
  • Load and unload trucks, deliver materials to site storage area or other designated area.
  • Keep building and/or assigned areas clean and organized to maintain safe and productive work.
  • Erect and disassemble scaffolding, shoring, braces, and other temporary structures.

  • High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) – Preferred
  • 1 year as a Labor/Helper in the carpentry or construction field – Preferred

  • General knowledge of construction methods, materials and equipment necessary to assist carpenters, foreman and R&M managers.
