Job summary

CRH Americas is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to source, screen, and present candidates for exempt/professional roles from a hybrid Alpharetta, GA location. You will partner with hiring managers to build recruiting plans and pipelines, leveraging LinkedIn, SuccessFactors ATS, and other tools to attract top talent.

You will collaborate with a successful recruitment team, manage multiple openings, and travel to plants or corporate locations as required to meet hiring goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business or related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in conducting nationwide searches and recruiting professionals in multiple disciplines
  • Experience creating job descriptions, delivering and negotiating job offers and acting as a liaison between new hires and hiring managers is a plus
  • Experience with MS Office, job boards and software-based Applicant Tracking System
  • Ability to communicate with hiring managers, third-party providers and candidates at all levels (written/verbal)
  • Ability to fill orders with a sense of urgency and manage multiple concurrent searches
  • Travel as needed out to meetings and plant/business locations to build relationships and present to internal stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Work proactively with assigned hiring managers to understand their immediate and upcoming hiring needs
  • Display a high sense of urgency to get positions filled
  • Identify, screen and engage potential candidates that will fit and flourish in the culture
  • Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employee referrals to find potential talent
  • Create and communicate a recruiting and sourcing plan for each open position
  • Provide consistent follow-up with managers on recruiting progress
  • Build a pipeline of qualified passive candidates for reoccurring needs
  • Use SuccessFactors ATS to organize candidate resumes
  • Extensive use of LinkedIn and other tools to engage both active and passive candidates
  • Some travel out to the plants or corporate for meetings as required
  • Special HR/Recruitment team projects and other duties assigned

Job Summary

CRH Americas is the largest building material company in North America. We are searching for a Corporate Recruiter who will provide quality customer service in a client-driven team environment through the effective recruitment of new hires. In this role you will creatively source, identify and screen candidates to present to management for open exempt/professional job requisitions. You will be fully supported by a well-established, successful recruiting team with a proven track record.

This is a hybrid role based in the Alpharetta, GA office
