Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in quality control, inspection, or materials testing, with a focus on steel fabrication and construction projects.
• Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in quality control principles, procedures, and testing methods, including non‑destructive testing (NDT) techniques.
• Certification in relevant NDT methods (e.g., AWS CWI, ASNT Level II or III) preferred; must have CWI.
• Certified Construction Quality Manager would be nice to have.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with multidisciplinary project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead and mentor junior quality control staff.

Responsibilities
