Qualifications

  • Must possess CPR, AED, and first aid certifications.
  • Must be able to stand and walk intermittently throughout shift.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
  • Must have a well-groomed and professional appearance in accordance with Company policy.

Responsibilities

  • Provide security, safety and protection for all guests, employees and company property.
  • Enforce rules and regulations of the property, equally and fairly.
  • Provide assistance to guests and employees with a high degree of public relations and empathy.
  • Notify the supervisor of other than normal or routine incidents, problems or occurrences.
  • Prepare required reports on all incidents and maintain a daily activity log.
  • Sign complaints against criminal suspects and attend required court appearances as required.
  • Provide basic firefighting, first aid and emergency safety response as required.
  • Patrol parking areas, grounds and property perimeters.
