Job summary

You will advise private equity funds, their portfolio companies and corporate clients on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments and general corporate matters, with direct client contact.

Qualifications

  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Bar admission to practice law
  • 4–8 years of corporate/M&A experience

Ideal candidates will have 4-8 years of corporate experience and a strong understanding of corporate law and deal management. In this role, associates will help advise private equity funds, their portfolio companies and corporate clients in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments and general corporate matters. The role is expected to have direct client contact and will offer an opportunity for entrepreneurial associates to develop relationships with clients and manage matters with a high degree of independence.

The annual compensation range for this position is between $260,000 and $420,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
