We help others understand and use trees as a solution to global issues (like air quality, water quality, climate change, deforestation, poverty, and hunger) that are critical to survival.

The Arbor Day Foundation is seeking a Corporate Partnership Manager to join our growing Corporate Partnerships Team. Your role is to connect the dots between a company’s priorities – where its sustainability targets, employee engagement, or community impact – and the tangible, scalable impact of trees. The Corporate Partnership Manager will connect with corporations within the Midwest territory: Nebraska, Denver, Kansas City, Texas and will own the full relationship sales cycle.

Reports to: Director, Corporate Partnerships

What you bring:
  • Passion for the Foundation’s mission, nature, environmental stewardship and people.
  • Experience in B2B sales, fundraising, or corporate engagement, with proven success managing high-value accounts or corporate relations.
  • Experience working directly with senior-level executives (C-Suite or VP level).
  • A creative, entrepreneurial mindset — you're always finding new paths to “yes.”
  • Proven ability to hit ambitious revenue and activity targets.
  • CRM fluency and data-driven decision-making.
  • Willingness to travel 25% of the time for high-impact partner engagement including conferences, client meetings, roundtables, and events.
What you’ll do:
  • Secure new corporate partners by identifying, engaging, and closing mission-aligned organizations seeking to amplify their environmental or Corporate Social Responsibility impact.
  • Develop and pitch customized partnership campaigns that creatively align our mission with the business objectives of fortune 1000 companies.
  • Represent the Foundation at high impact industry events, cultivating a strong pipeline of qualified leads through in-person networking, speaking opportunities, and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, mission delivery, and partnership teams to co-create compelling proposals that drive measurable environmental and business outcomes.
  • Own and lead email drip campaigns as needed to build awareness and funnel qualified leads.
  • Negotiate and close multi-year, mission-aligned corporate partnerships that provide value to both the Arbor Day Foundation and your partner’s sustainability and CSR goals.
  • Support a team-wide revenue goal, contributing through strategic deals and collaborative success.
