The College Success Foundation seeks a Corporate Relations Engagement Officer to lead six-figure growth by aligning CSF's mission with the philanthropic goals of the business community.

You will build a robust corporate partnerships pipeline, nurture donor relationships, and design annual fundraising strategies for a 'Corporate Top 25' while coordinating employee volunteering and student-focused opportunities. The role requires up to 20% travel and a strong track record in corporate fundraising.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and relevant experience in fundraising, corporate relations, or account management.
• Five years of experience with proven track record of securing ten-figure gifts.
• Experience securing major corporate partnerships and multi-event sponsorships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CSF's Corporate Relations activities and ensure alignment with philanthropy goals.
• Design and execute annual fundraising strategies for a Corporate Top 25 prospect list.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of up to 100 corporate contributors and prospects with five- and six-figure gifts.
• Develop opportunities by linking CSF's mission with corporate CSR to drive revenue growth.
• Maintain high-touch relationships with corporate decision-makers through meetings and site visits.
• Collaborate with program leadership to expand student-facing corporate engagement initiatives.
