Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years' corporate paralegal experience.
• Ability to prioritize and see projects through to completion.
• Willingness and ability to learn and expand current technology skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate directly with attorneys in the firm’s corporate practice group.
• Corporate registration and formation.
• Preparation and review of commercial real‑estate documents.
• Filing documents with local, state, and federal governmental agencies.
• Maintain due diligence documents.
• Maintain organized client files.
• Maintain extensive client contact.
