What You Will Do to Change Lives


The Corporate & Litigation Paralegal is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual and an integral member of the in-house legal team. This position will report directly to the VP, General Counsel. This professional will work with cross-functional teams across Telecare including human resources, finance, risk and quality, compliance, clinical operations, and leadership and staff at all levels, and will provide critical support to the corporate legal department while also assisting in litigation matters as needed.



Shifts Available:


Full-Time | DAYS | Shifts: 8:00 AM - 5:00 AM | Days: Monday - Friday


Expected starting wage range is $82,353.30 - $101,712.50.Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.



What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)



  • Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification from an accredited institution.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal, with at least 3 years of litigation support experience.

  • Demonstrated excellence in client service.

  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, contracts, and governance practices, including required local and state business records filings.

  • Familiarity with litigation procedures, including discovery, witness coordination, and subpoena compliance.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, legal research tools, and case management software.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders and external parties.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and to keep real time accurate documentation of rapidly evolving matters.

  • All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, arbitration agreement acceptance, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver's license, a motor vehicle clearance and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment. Additional regulatory, contractual or local requirements may apply.
