Job summary

100KCrossing is seeking a Corporate Paralegal for its Delaware, Maryland or New Jersey offices. The role supports attorneys with corporate matters and transactions across our Baltimore, Hackensack, New York City, and Wilmington offices.

Applicants should have at least 5 years of governance, business planning, financial transactions, and corporate practice experience. A college degree and/or paralegal certificate is required, with strong Word/Excel skills highly preferred.

This is a direct hire opportunity for a Corporate Paralegal. We are looking for candidates to join our offices in Baltimore, Hackensack, New York City, or Wilmington to assist attorneys with corporate matters and transactions.
