Summary:
ZKS LAWhas an immediate opening for an experienced Corporate Paralegal in our downtown Orlando office. This full-time role supports a team of attorneys handling a wide range of corporate matters across multiple industries, including real estate, banking, manufacturing, technology, retail, tourism, healthcare, and others. The ideal candidate will have at least five (5) years of recent experience in a law firm or corporate legal department and a demonstrated ability to handle complex corporate transactions with minimal supervision.
