Job summary

SearchPointNY is seeking a Senior Corporate Paralegal for a full-time, permanent in-house role in Nashville, TN. You will collaborate with executive leadership, in-house counsel, and cross-functional teams across corporate, litigation, transactional, and audit matters.

This position is fully onsite with a starting salary of $95,000–$115,000 (depending on experience) plus discretionary bonus and potential for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, paralegal certification, or equivalent practical training.
• 7+ years of paralegal experience in licensing, compliance, or corporate transactions in-house or law firm setting.
• Proficiency using modern legal technology, including generative AI (like Claude), CLM systems, CRM platforms, and legal research tools.
• Strong background in multi-state regulatory compliance and managing complex corporate deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nationwide corporate and brokerage licensing, tracking multi-state regulatory requirements and submitting applications, transfers, and renewals.
• Manage and update the firm’s contract template library, leading the implementation and rollout of a modern CLM platform over the first 6–9 months.
• Leverage AI models and workflow automation tools to act as a "citizen developer" and modernize legal department operations.
• Execute multi-jurisdictional research, draft policy handbooks, and assist with subpoena responses, regulatory audits, and internal compliance updates.

This role is FULLY ONSITE in Nashville, TN with a starting salary of $95,000 - $115,000 (dependent on experience) + discretionary bonus.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree, paralegal certification, or equivalent practical training
• 7+ years of paralegal experience in licensing, compliance, or corporate transactions in either in-house (particularly in a highly-regulated industry) or law firm setting
• Proficiency using modern legal technology, including generative AI (like Claude), CLM systems, CRM platforms (like Salesforce), and legal research tools
• Strong background in multi-state regulatory compliance and managing complex corporate deadlines
