The Hilb Group invites motivated students to join our marketing internship program in the United States. You will work with the Corporate Marketing team on day-to-day initiatives and gain hands-on experience supporting growth strategies, social media, and brand campaigns.

You will connect with leaders at our Richmond, VA corporate office, collaborate across the organization, and participate in a volunteer event.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn about the insurance industry and support marketing initiatives.
