• Read and understand blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required.
• Must pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Delegate assignments for preventive maintenance, operational and technical issues.
• Interact professionally with vendors and staff, maintain relationships and coordinate with management to meet objectives.
• Train and motivate maintenance team; provide direction and monitor performance expectations.
• Implement policies to improve operations and minimize costs; ensure efficient use of labor and materials.
• Respond promptly to property related issues.
• Provide HVAC technical assistance including installations and modifications.
• Assist in design and specifications of planned projects.
• Coordinate with maintenance and other departments before projects and improvements.
• Ensure methods and materials comply with local codes and brand standards.
• Maintain accurate records for all completed tasks.
• Be available for emergencies to protect guests, associates, buildings and systems.
• Work under pressure and communicate clearly to handle problems.
• Evaluate alternatives quickly and accurately.
• Comply with company standards and safe hotel operations.
• Perform other duties; attend meetings and trainings.
