Am 100 Law Firm in Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Corporate M&A Associate to contribute to complex M&A, joint ventures, and commercial transactions within a collaborative team. This role targets attorneys with 5+ years of business and transactional experience and a JD.

You will draft, negotiate, and manage sophisticated documents while engaging directly with clients and working with senior attorneys on impactful deals, in a supportive, growth-oriented culture.

Competenze

• 5+ years of substantive M&A, joint venture, and/or complex commercial transaction experience.
• Exceptional academic record, strong writing and drafting skills, and a commitment to excellence.
• Demonstrated initiative, teamwork, and ambition to support and expand a top-tier national practice.
