Overview

Lateral Link is assisting a global firm with its search for an attorney with experience in mergers and acquisitions, contract review, and/or due diligence to join a bespoke group in the Houston office that provides support on sophisticated transactions across the firm and around the world. This is an off-track, non-associate role that offers true work/life balance with a lower billable target while still giving attorneys exposure to massive deals across a wide variety of industries. Compensation is commensurate with experience but starts at $130k, and full benefits are included. Advancement opportunities within the group provide room for professional growth, and a hybrid work arrangement is allowed.
