Qualifications

• J.D. degree required.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience, with in-house preferred.

Entrusted Advisors is expanding our bench of talented attorneys in the Detroit area for hybrid secondment engagements. We are seeking experienced in-house and law firm attorneys with corporate legal backgrounds who are interested in working in supporting sophisticated in-house legal teams.. We are currently building our network of attorneys with experience in a range of practice areas, including:

• Commercial contracts and technology transactions
• Corporate and general commercial counseling
• Product counseling
• Employment and labor
• Privacy and data protection
• Regulatory and compliance
• Procurement and supply chain
• Litigation management
• Corporate governance and other in-house legal functions

Qualifications:

• J.D. and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience
• Prior in-house experience strongly preferred
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and partner effectively with business stakeholders
• Willingness to work onsite or in a hybrid environment in the Detroit metropolitan area
