Xpanner is seeking a Corporate IT Specialist in Santa Fe Springs, CA to own internal IT systems and support this growing team. You will manage access, devices, and IT services, enabling employees to focus on their work.

You'll oversee system administration, identity management, equipment lifecycle, and security/compliance while coordinating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment. This role offers growth and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in IT support, system administration, or corporate IT.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networking with a customer-service mindset.
• Excellent communication to explain technical issues to non-technical colleagues.
• Founder’s mentality: proactive, adaptable, and able to build processes in a fast-growing startup.
• Strong prioritization, problem-solving, and initiative.

Responsabilités

• System Administration: maintain core IT systems, servers, and infrastructure with security and performance in mind.
• Identity & Credentialing: manage employee accounts and access throughout lifecycle.
• Equipment Lifecycle: set up and manage laptops, inventory, repairs, and retirement.
• Help Desk & Support: provide first-line IT support with fast, friendly turnarounds.
• Security & Compliance: support endpoint security and data protection; help maintain IT policies.
• Process & Documentation: create onboarding/offboarding checklists and runbooks.
