Job summary

Bell Partners is offering a 10‑week internship in our Investments team in the United States. You will work closely with experienced professionals, build detailed financial models, perform market analyses, and help prepare investment memos and presentations to support decision making.

You will collaborate with senior team members, gain insight into our investment strategy, and learn how profitability and portfolio performance are driven through data and reporting.

• Conduct market research and competitive analyses to support investment decisions
• Assist in the creation of investment memos, pitch decks, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

At Bell Partners, the Investments team plays a critical role in shaping the future of our multifamily portfolio. We’re responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing real estate investment opportunities across 14 dynamic target markets. As an intern, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals and gain hands‑on exposure to every stage of the investment lifecycle.

What You’ll Do:

Over the course of 10 weeks, you will be deeply embedded in our work and contribute meaningfully to the team.

• Building detailed financial models and pro formas to evaluate real estate investment opportunities
• Conducting market research and competitive analyses to support investment decisions
• Assisting in the creation of investment memos, pitch decks, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborating with senior team members and gaining insight into Bell’s investment strategy and decision‑making process

Compensation Range

Hourly: $25.00 - $25.00. Incentive compensation opportunities are available and are performance based.
