or LL.M. with California bar membership, employment-based immigration experience, and strong analytical and writing skills.

• Employment based immigration experience and interest.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills; ability to draft independently.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and supervise paralegal work in immigration matters.
• Communicate with clients and colleagues; provide guidance to junior team members.
• Prepare non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions and government filings.
• Advise on immigration program management, compliance, and case strategy.
