Qualifications

J.D. or LL.M. with US Bar membership.
Employment-based immigration experience.
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills; ability to draft and proofread independently.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct legal research, supervise paralegal work, and ensure accurate use of case management technology.
Communicate proactively with clients and colleagues, contribute to team initiatives, and provide guidance or training to junior team members as needed.
Work with case teams to assess eligibility for corporate foreign national employees and prepare non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions and related filings.
Advise and collaborate with client stakeholders on immigration program management, compliance, and case strategy, while drafting supporting legal documents and correspondence.
