The Position

A fast-growing, executive assistantcompany is seeking a corporate/governance attorney to support its internal legal team on a part-time basis. This role will focus on corporate governance across a holding company structure with multiple subsidiaries, including supporting board resolutions and helping translate U.S. legal implications of decisions made at the parent or offshore level.

This is a highly collaborative role working closely with internal leadership while partnering with outside counsel;actingas a strong in-house counterpart who can evaluate, coordinate, and streamline governance efforts.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of corporate law firm experience with exposure to venture-backed companies, along with in-house experience supporting governance in a multi-entity or holding company structure.

This remoteproject starts ASAP, is 4months to start with intention to extend, and requires 15hours per week with someteam collaboration.The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $120and $125.This range is an estimate; an employee's compensation will be based on the employee's qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
