The Corporate Governance Analyst supports the company's governance function by, among other things, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, maintaining Board and committee materials, and managing corporate records with accuracy and integrity. This role works closely with the Legal and Finance teams to coordinate SEC filings, proxy statement preparation, and Board and annual shareholder meeting logistics. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience from a publicly traded company environment and is comfortable operating in a structured, detail-oriented setting where precision and discretion are essential.

Disclosure required under applicable law in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, and Washington states: The expected salary range for this position is $100,000- $150,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
