Job summary

HUB International Northwest is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Accounting & Finance team. The role partners with Finance leadership on monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and integration of newly acquired businesses.

Responsibilities include GL analysis in Oracle ERP, month-end close support, variance analysis, and ad hoc financial insights. Location is Bothell, WA with a competitive salary range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight timelines.
• Proactive, self-directed work ethic with the ability to anticipate needs.
• At least three years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and analyze the general ledger and monthly activity within the Oracle ERP system (including Oracle Hyperion financial reporting software).
• Support month-end close.
• Review financial statements (income statement and balance sheet) and perform balance sheet reconciliations.
• Research, identify, and communicate key variances in financial and operational metrics.
• Provide ad hoc financial and operational analysis to support business decisions.
• Support the monthly forecast and annual budget process.
• Support Finance leadership with day-to-day tasks and ad hoc requests.

About the Position

The Senior Financial Analyst supports HUB Northwest’s accounting and FP&A functions, partnering with Finance leadership on monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and the integration of newly acquired businesses.

The expected salary range for this position is $80,000- $100,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
