GoodRx is looking for a talented and motivated Corporate FP&A Manager to join our growing finance team. Reporting to the Director of Corporate FP&A, this person will play a critical role in driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis across the company. The Corporate FP&A Manager will partner with functional leaders and finance stakeholders to improve financial transparency, lead the preparation and ongoing management of cash flow forecasting and balance sheet planning in partnership with Accounting and Finance leadership, support thoughtful resource allocation, and provide financial insights that help business leaders make decisions aligned with GoodRx's strategic priorities. The Corporate FP&A Manager will independently lead key FP&A workstreams, partner with cross-functional leaders to provide financial insights, and drive process improvements that enhance planning, forecasting, and decision-making. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, sound business judgment, and the ability to influence stakeholders through collaboration rather than direct authority. The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on problem solver and collaborative business partner who is passionate about building scalable processes, improving reporting, and translating complex financial information into clear insights and actions.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field required; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus. 8+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, strategic finance, accounting, investment banking, management consulting, or corporate finance, or 6+ years with a Master’s degree. Experience supporting a public company, consumer‑focused technology company, marketplace business, or other fast‑paced operating environment is a plus. Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, operating expense management, cash flow forecasting, balance sheet analysis, and financial statement analysis. Solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles and the ability to understand forecast nuances within the income statement and balance sheet. Experience with cash flow forecasting, balance sheet analysis, and working capital management. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience using Google Sheets, Google Slides, database management tools, and sophisticated financial modeling or reporting systems (experience using Workday Adaptive is a plus). Proven ability to communicate complex concepts in a simple, clear, and effective manner. High level of business acumen and the ability to analyze and assess opportunities and issues across the organization. Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex financial workstreams, influence cross‑functional stakeholders, and communicate recommendations to senior leaders. Strong attention to detail in the development of management‑quality reporting and analytics. Self‑starter who is able to deliver in a dynamic environment under tight timelines and changing priorities; must be hands‑on. Excellent team player who can also work well independently and with limited direction; highly driven and self‑motivated. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and proven ability to develop collaborative relationships across teams.
