Job summary

Liberty is seeking a Lead Analyst, Corporate FP&A to shape the company’s consolidated financial outlook. Reporting to the Director, FP&A, you’ll coordinate across commodities and corporate services to produce enterprise forecasts and executive-ready narratives.

The role demands independent analysis, complex modeling, and the ability to challenge assumptions. You’ll support annual budgeting, multi-year planning, and executive-level reporting with clear visuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 5–8+ years in corporate finance or analytical environments.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA required.
• Experience in FP&A, corporate development, or equity research.
• Experience managing multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Strong modeling skills with driver-based three-statement models.

Responsibilities

• Drive consolidation and evaluation of monthly and quarterly forecasts across FP&A teams.
• Assess financial drivers, trends and cross-commodity performance dynamics.
• Independently challenge assumptions and identify risks, sensitivities, and opportunities.
• Synthesize inputs into an executive-ready financial narrative with visuals and decision frameworks.
• Lead annual budgeting and multi-year planning processes.
• Coordinate enterprise timelines and version control across stakeholders.
• Align planning assumptions across FP&A, Regulatory, Treasury, and Tax.
• Develop robust, driver-based financial models supporting enterprise forecasting.
