Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
• Experience in insurance, risk management, or financial services is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in financial reporting systems and advanced Excel skills.

Description:

• Lead and manage financial accounting, reporting, and consolidation across multiple entities.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments including operations, legal, and business units to provide financial insights and support.
• Prepare internal and external financial statements and reports.
• Assist with audit processes and act as liaison with external auditors.
• Implement and improve financial systems, processes, and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
