Ameren Services (B&CS) is seeking a Corporate Finance Specialist to support financial decision-making through modeling and economic analyses of major capital projects. The role focuses on updating valuation models, assessing tax/regulatory impacts, and delivering reports on capital structure and treasury activities.

• Proficiency with Excel and ability to communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Complete financial modeling and analysis of major capital projects with consistent assumptions.
• Maintain and update project financial models for changes in capital structure and tax/regulatory factors.
• Perform special economic analyses and modeling for new investments and financial alternatives.
• Prepare reports on capital structure, cost of debt/equity, and ad hoc analyses.
• Analyze quarterly covenant calculations and financing activities.
• Assist in developing board materials related to capital projects and treasury activities.
