About The Company Our client is a diversified global investment manager specializing in private equity, credit, and real estate. With a focus on alternative assets, it seeks to identify unique opportunities across various industries.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain internal projection models to estimate earnings and manage the liquidity and leverage capital needs
• Build liquidity and risk management models from balance sheets that incorporates fund liquidity sources
• Prepare stress testing for investor redemptions, changes in market conditions, and compliance
• Prepare financial summaries, liquidity reports, and ROE analysis
• Support the execution of financing transactions including rating agency processes, revolver amendment activities, and unsecured bond offerings
• Manage credit facilities including monitoring of borrowing base and covenant compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5-10 years of experience in the financial services industry
• Experience working in a BDC
• Experience with projection and liquidity modeling
• Ability to construct and analyze comprehensive three-statement financial projection models
• Working knowledge of the Investment Company Act of 1940 and its application to BDCs

Salary Range: $150,000 - $250,000
