The firm is in an exciting stage of expansion - they are forward-thinking, agile, and committed to building out its Corporate Finance practice – and are looking for an experienced Attorney who wants to help grow this practice.

They’re seeking a Senior Attorney (8+years) with a portable book of business, with experience across corporate and commercial finance, alternative investment lending, private credit, and/or restructuring.
