Job summary

Harvest Midstream, a privately-held midstream services provider headquartered in Houston, Texas, seeks an experienced corporate finance professional to drive modeling, forecasting, capital structure analysis, and strategic initiatives. You will partner with business and finance leaders across the company to deliver insights for decision-making and financial flexibility.

The role supports annual planning, stakeholder presentations, and cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in corporate finance, investment banking, accounting, financial reporting, or related field.
  • Investment banking experience is preferred.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, leadership, and external financial partners.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple, diverse assignments with limited supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex financial information into clear analyses and presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses for strategic purposes.
  • Supports annual planning and forecasting, and prepares Board materials and presentations.
  • Maintains relationships with external banks and financial partners, and monitors covenant compliance.
  • Assists with capital structure analysis, debt market activities, and financing strategies.
  • Leads finance projects and collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive timely execution.

Job Objective:Supports and manages corporate finance activities, including financial modeling, forecasting, capital structure analysis, and communication with external parties such as lenders, bankers, investors, and rating agencies. Works closely with business and finance leaders throughout the Company to provide financial analysis and insights that support strategic decision-making, financial flexibility, and optimized financial performance. Assists with the annual planning and forecasting processes and supports key corporate finance initiatives.Essential Job Responsibilities:Financial Modeling and Analysis: Develops and maintains comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses for a variety of business and strategic purposes. Analyzes financial and operational information and provides accurate and timely insights and recommendations to management to support decision-making.Financial Planning and Internal Reporting: Supports the annual planning and forecasting processes and prepares financial analyses, Board of Directors materials, and other presentations as needed by the executive team. Partners with internal stakeholders to understand financial performance, key drivers, and variances.External Party Relationships: Maintains and develops relationships with banks participating in the Company’s credit facilities and other external financial partners. Prepares reports, analyses, and presentations for banks, investors, analysts, and rating agencies and monitors compliance with financial covenants and other requirements.Corporate Finance and Strategic Initiatives: Supports a variety of corporate finance activities, which may include capital structure analysis, debt market activities, strategic capital management, credit facility management, M&A and acquisition financing, and other finance initiatives. Monitors and maintains peer and market data to support comparative and strategic analysis. Leads or coordinates assigned finance projects and works cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to drive timely execution.Physical Demands and Work Environment:This position is primarily sedentary and involves extended periods of computer use, including keyboarding and viewing a screen. The employee may occasionally be required to stand, walk, reach, or lift and move office materials weighing up to 15 pounds. The role is performed in a typical office environment with standard lighting and noise levels.
