Job summary

Inspire is seeking a Corporate Finance Intern to join our Finance team for a 10-week paid summer internship. You will gain hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance reporting across our multi-brand portfolio.

You'll collaborate with Strategy, Operations, and Marketing to deliver data-driven insights for senior leadership and help prepare presentations for executives. The role emphasizes analytical thinking and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A efforts including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Assist in building financial models to evaluate business scenarios, capital investments, and growth initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Strategy, Operations, Marketing) to provide financial insights for business decisions
• Analyze historical and projected financial data for internal and executive reporting
• Participate in the preparation of presentations for senior leadership and brand stakeholders
• Research industry trends, economic indicators, and competitor benchmarks to support corporate strategy
• Present a final business case deliverable that addresses a real Inspire business need

About The Role

As a Corporate Finance Intern, you will work alongside Inspire’s Finance team to support data-driven decision-making, financial analysis, and strategic planning across our portfolio of brands.
