Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required;Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, economics or another quantitative degree preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance or accounting or related field
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills;knowledge of debt finance products and credit risk across sectors
• Proficiency with Excel-based modeling;familiarity with CapitalIQ, PitchBook, Bloomberg and MS Office

Aufgaben

• Participate in meetings with borrowers to understand a company
• Prepare and review investment memorandums and due diligence reports
• Review financial statements and sponsor models to understand business trends
• Monitor portfolio and participate in quarterly credit discussions
• Assist in reviewing legal documents and document final investment terms
• Support BancAlliance activities and ensure timely deliverables
• Perform other duties as assigned
