You will manage the requisition-to-purchase process with accuracy, ensuring timely PO issuance and payment processing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma - General Studies
• 1-2 years Facilities experience preferred
• Subject matter knowledge preferred (Facilities and Fleet Maintenance)

Responsibilities

• Issue Purchase Orders: Independently issue PO's on designated issuing days; monitor team mailbox and CMMS; review requests for costs, GL coding, approvals; follow up on issues.
• Approve Invoices: Validate receipts, compare invoices to POs, route for approvals, follow up to completion.
• Manage vendor accounts: research and resolve issues; maintain current accounts; apply problem solving and root-cause analysis.
• Support Functions: process vendor setups or safety packets; maintain SOPs; execute team responsibilities.

Position Overview

As the Corporate Facilities Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to offsite warehouse facilities, in house project managers, vendors and supporting departments throughout the requisition to purchase order creation process.

Job Description

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm




• Hybrid Position




• Benefits start on day one!




• Compensation starting between $19-$21/per hour

You will contribute by:

• Issue Purchase Orders: Independently issue PO's on designated 'Issuing days'. Monitor team mailbox and CMMS for PO requisitions. Review each request for appropriate costs, GL account coding accuracies, appropriate financial approvals and place orders as needed. Conduct timely follow up on all issues and inquiries.




• Approve Invoices: Conduct level one approvals by validating receipts, comparing invoices to original purchase orders and then send to the appropriate level two approvers. Research and follow up as required to process invoices to completion.




• Manage vendor accounts: R esearch and resolve issues to keep accounts current. Best candidate would have good problem solving and root-cause analysis skills.




• Support Functions: Process any request for vendor set ups or vendor safety packets. Collaborate with team members on the creation and maintenance of team SOP's. Execute assigned tasks for company-wide responsibilities.
