Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers is seeking a Corporate Facilities Representative to provide excellent service to offsite warehouses, in-house project managers, and vendors throughout the requisition to purchase order process. The role operates in a hybrid schedule, with hours from Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm, and a starting pay range of $19-$21 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Issue Purchase Orders (POs) on designated issuing days, review requests for costs and approvals, and place orders as needed.
• Approve invoices by validating receipts against POs and routing for level two approvals.
• Manage vendor accounts and resolve issues to keep accounts current.
• Support vendor set up requests and SOC updates; collaborate on SOP creation and maintenance.
• Provide cross-functional support and ensure smooth requisition to PO processes.

Position Overview

As the Corporate Facilities Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to offsite warehouse facilities, in house project managers, vendors and supporting departments throughout the requisition to purchase order creation process.

Job Description

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm Hybrid Position
• Benefits start on day one! Compensation starting between $19-$21/per hour
• Issue Purchase Orders: Independently issue PO's on designated 'Issuing days'. Monitor team mailbox and CMMS for PO requisitions. Review each request for appropriate costs, GL account coding accuracies, appropriate financial approvals and place orders as needed. Conduct timely follow up on all issues and inquiries.
• Approve Invoices: Conduct level one approvals by validating receipts, comparing invoices to original purchase orders and then send to the appropriate level two approvers. Research and follow up as required to process invoices to completion.
• Manage vendor accounts: Research and resolve issues to keep accounts current.
• Support Functions: Process any request for vendor set ups or vendor safety packets. Collaborate with team members on the creation and maintenance of team SOP's. Execute assigned tasks for company-wide responsibilities.
• Environment Office: Office Temperature (65F to 75F)
• Skills: General Inventory and procurement understanding, strong attention to detail. Ability to change process and adapt as necessary to ever changing business environment.

You must possess the exceptional ability to multitask, manage shifting priorities, and drive individual projects to completion self-sufficiently with minimal supervision.
