C&S Wholesale Grocers is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician I in Keene, NH. Responsibilities include overseeing and repairing building systems, assisting in daily operations, and performing preventative maintenance.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm, with a focus on safe operation and coordinated teamwork. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in building or electrical maintenance, plus general maintenance experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist leads and manager with building, HVAC, and electrical systems; monitor and troubleshoot assets.
• Complete weekly preventative maintenance within established timelines.
• Communicate important information about infrastructure, operations and maintenance to management and teams.
• Perform duties in areas such as welding, carpeting, painting, rebuilding, and equipment operation.
• Maintain housekeeping of maintenance areas daily.

Position Overview

The Building Maintenance Technician I will oversee and repair the building infrastructure and related support systems. This role will also assist in the safe operation, daily monitoring and maintenance of all building related infrastructure.

Job Description

Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30 pm

• Travel Required: No
• Environment Office : Office Temperature (65F to 75F)

Description

• Assist leads and manager/supervisor with Building, HVAC, and Electrical systems including monitoring and trending, troubleshooting and repairs
• Complete weekly preventative maintenance within established time-lines
• Responsible for daily communication of all pertinent information regarding building infrastructure, systems operation and maintenance to departmental management and maintenance teams
• Perform well in assigned areas including, but not limited to, welding, carpeting, painting, rebuilding, and operating equipment
• Responsible for housekeeping and clean up all maintenance areas, rooms and all project areas on a daily basis
• Candidate will work closely with operations; including Warehouse, Safety, Security, and Human Resources, to achieve common goals
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
