Job summary

Rust-Oleum is seeking a Facilities Technician to maintain a safe, clean, and functional corporate workplace. The role supports day-to-day facility operations, coordinates with vendors, and assists with meetings and events.

The Technician will work closely with Facilities Management and staff to ensure buildings and spaces operate efficiently and meet company standards. HR and safety policies guide daily tasks and responses to requests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in commercial, corporate, industrial, or building maintenance preferred.
• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of corporate facilities and identify maintenance, safety, and repair needs.
• Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, drywall, and general building repairs.
• Maintain doors, locks, ceilings, lighting, and other building components.
